Plain English, and only about what this website actually does.
This policy explains how NAAV Cartographic Arts ("we", "us") handles personal data collected through this website, dev.najeebul.com. We aim to comply with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).
What we collect
- Contact form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), location (optional) and message (optional), when you submit an enquiry.
- Server access logs: IP address, browser user agent and pages requested, recorded automatically by our hosting provider and Cloudflare for security and to keep the site running.
- WhatsApp: if you click our WhatsApp link, you leave this site and Meta's own terms and privacy policy apply to that conversation.
This site has no user accounts and, at present, no analytics or marketing trackers.
Why we collect it
Contact form data is sent to info@dev.najeebul.com and used solely to respond to your enquiry and prepare a quote. Access logs are used for security, abuse prevention and troubleshooting.
Client survey and location data
Survey data, plot boundaries and location data we collect for clients are handled under contract with that client. We never publish client survey outputs without consent; where work is showcased, sensitive details are blurred or removed.
How long we keep it
As long as needed to respond to your enquiry and serve you as a client, after which it is deleted or anonymised. Access logs are retained per our hosting providers' standard rotation.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. It is processed by the service providers that run our infrastructure: our hosting provider, Cloudflare, and Google Workspace (email).
Your rights under the DPDP Act
You may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask for correction or erasure, and raise a grievance about how it has been handled. Write to us atinfo@dev.najeebul.com and we will respond.
